On behalf of all the members of Mission Pointe HOA, welcome to our Website. We are proud of our community and this website has been prepared to help you understand and appreciate our special neighborhood. Our website contains important information about Mission Pointe including the organization and management of our homeowners association, key protective covenants, and other itmes of importance to you as a homeowner and member of the HOA. Our common interest in Mission Pointe is very simple: to preserve and enhance value and appeal of our neighborhood for those who own homes here. We welcome your involvement in the homeowners association and appreciate your time to read and follow the covenants and guidelines, including thoes presented on this website. New Property Manager for Mission Pointe Subdivision:
Snake River HOA Management has been contracted as the Association Management Co. for Mission Pointe. On behalf of your Board of Directors, Snake River Management will take care of all the billing, collections, and pay authorized bills, conduct Neighborhood Code Compliance violations, and provide monthly financial reports to your Board.
